Changing or improving the way that you habitually do anything
involves three understandings:

You need to know what you want to change or improve.
2.
You must know what you need to do in order to make the
changes.
3.
You need the personal discipline to keep practicing your new
behaviour.
The reason why so few people ever succeed in making changes on their
own is, to some degree, to do with all three.
Few people are aware of the habits which disempower them. They often
need the observations of others to see their ‘faults’ and to fully
understand the debilitating effects that those ‘weaknesses’ have on
